This month, we shine the spotlight on Shannon Whittington of TAG Wealth Solutions. Shannon has successfully nominated the SAS Resources Fund for an AFA Foundation Grant, adding a new chapter to our story of impactful community support and successfully providing much needed funds to families in need.
The SAS Resources Fund was established to assist current and former members of the Australian Defence Force, and their families, who suffer hardship because of their service with the Special Air Service Regiment. This assistance also extends to other members of the Australian Defence Force who are killed or disabled when participating in a Special Air Service Regiment controlled operation, exercise or activity. The group works hard to assist soldiers and families in a multitude of ways through 3 separate trusts and an educational program.
