The time and effort put into our application was exceptional. It was a difficult & complicated situation, which challenged the banks, but Glen just did not give up (nor give in) when banks delayed, ignored & declined. He was persistent to get answers/reasons from the banks and informed us about them, which gave us the possibility to explain, adjust or change the situation as well as the application several times until everything was to the bank's satisfaction. He did everything possible to make this happen for us - and it did!
